How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1–3 business days for order processing and 4–6 business days for delivery in transit.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@gildnest.com. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already being processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@gildnest.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, returned in all original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@gildnest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Returns and Refunds

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — please contact us at info@gildnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases we cover return shipping costs in full. If you have changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
