Returns & Refunds Policy

At GildNest, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned within this window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging, undamaged and intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use may not be accepted for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gildnest.com with the order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as GildNest cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Timeframe

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Method

All refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). The time for the refund to appear in the account depends on the payment provider and may take an additional 3–5 business days after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us at info@gildnest.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item. In these cases, GildNest will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items damaged due to improper installation, items returned after the 30-day window, and items without original packaging.
